These bags are called Bok Joo Muni (복주머니) in Korean. In the olden days women carried this which symbolizes the bag bringing luck and good energy your way. It carries a special meaning to Koreans and is used oftentimes during Lunar New Year or special celebrations. 

At AMEL we have redefined this by adding sparkles of sequin and modernized the look.
