Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

1. Complimentary Delivery within Singapore

For local deliveries, please enjoy our complimentary door-to-door shipping service for any purchase above $50 (Singapore Dollars).

Any purchase below SGD 50, there is a SGD 5.50 shipping fee.

We partner with Aramex and delivery takes on average 2~4 business days for the package to reach you!

 

2. Do you deliver island-wide?

While we do our best to deliver to every nook and cranny of Singapore, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to some places, including but not limited to:

    • Hotels or motels
    • PO. Boxes
    • Army camps

International Shipping

3. International Delivery

For international shoppers and local shoppers who may want to ship their purchases overseas, we're happy to provide swift & secure shipping services to below countries by partnering with DHL Express with an additional fee. 

Kindly add the products to your cart and proceed to check-out page by filling out the shipping address. Once the shipping address is filled, you can confirm the exact shipping cost based on the actual product weight, prior to making any payments. 

If your shipping destination is not listed below, kindly e-mail support@the-amel.com and we would be happy to assist you accordingly!

  • The above Transit time is subject to uncontrollable and controllable delays (eg: Pandemic related delays, flight cancellations, custom clearance, unavailable consignee upon delivery etc.) 
  • Additional transit time may be needed for outskirt areas 

 

4. International customs and/or duties

All payments made for purchases on our website exclude customs taxes or duties.

When international packages arrive in the destination country, they are subject to customs inspection. Thereafter, import taxes or duties may be imposed and such costs will be borne by you.

Please note, unless these import taxes or duties are paid at destination by you, the package will not be released by the local customs office.  

Am:EL has no control over the taxes and duties imposed by the various countries. Please check with the destination country customs office or customs website for information on import taxes and duties before you make the order as it will be additional to the purchase and shipping costs. 

 

6. Wrong shipping address

Before checking out, please ensure that your shipping address is inputted accurately.

We will not be held liable if you have provided us with a wrong shipping address and the product has already been dispatched to the wrong address.

We will do our best to retrieve the package through the courier service and any re-delivery fees will be charged to you. However there may be instances where the package may be irretrievable despite our best efforts. There will be no refunds for packages that have been dispatched to the wrong shipping address (provided by you) and are irretrievable.
