1. What is your Singapore domestic shipping fee and delivery duration?

Any purchase above SGD 50, we offer complimentary door-to-door shipping service for domestic delivery within Singapore. 

Any purchase below SGD 50, there is a SGD 5.00 shipping fee.

It usually takes 2~4 business days for the package to be delivered to your doorstep!



2. Do you ship internationally? If so, what’s the cost and delivery timeframe?

Yes, we partner with DHL Express to deliver in the countries listed below.

For international shoppers and local shoppers who may want to ship their purchases overseas, we're happy to provide swift & secure shipping services to below countries by partnering with DHL Express

For the countries listed below, if your purchase exceeds a certain dollar amount, we offer Free Shipping services. Please refer to the 3rd column in the table below.

For orders below the aforementioned Free Shipping threshold, kindly add the products to your cart and proceed to check-out page by filling out the shipping address. Once the shipping address is filled, you can confirm the exact shipping cost based on the actual product weight, prior to making any payments.

We only accept returns or exchanges for clothes.

The following items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Handbags
    • Sale items
    • Free gifts

5. Your product is Out of Stock. Can I make a pre-order?

At AMEL we carry limited stock, as we believe less is more exclusivity to you.

However, occasionally, we may restock our best-sellers.

As such, please e-mail us at support@the-amel.com about the product you are interested in. If we plan on restocking, we will be sure to notify you when the backorder is taking place!


6. I gave the wrong shipping address upon check-out. What can I do?

Before checking out, please ensure that your shipping address is inputted accurately.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable if you have provided us with a wrong shipping address and the product has already been dispatched to the wrong address.

We will do our best to retrieve the package through the courier service and any re-delivery fees will be charged to you. However there may be instances where the package may be irretrievable despite our best efforts. There will be no refunds for packages that have been dispatched to the wrong shipping address (provided by you) and are irretrievable.


7. I have received a defective item, what can I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that!
Please note that before the products are sealed to be shipped out, we check the products thoroughly to make sure there is no damage or defect. We also photograph the product in detail to provide you added peace of mind.
Despite our efforts above, if you have received a defective item, please e-mail support@the-amel.com with accurate colored photographs of the defect* within 24-hours from successful delivery along with your order confirmation number so we can investigate and assist you.
Kindly note, no refund for defective products will be provided after the first 24-hours from the successful product delivery. The refund will only be offered on a case-by-case basis upon our inspection and we reserve the rights to reject the refund for products that does not qualify as defect. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
The returned item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with no stains (i.e. makeup, drinks etc.) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tags intact.
Once refund for defect is approved, we will send out the same product, subject to available stock. However, if the item is out of stock we reserve the rights to offer you a store credit (valid for 3 months from issuance). 
*Defect does not include difference in color/product image accuracy based on your device’s display settings, misalignment of the seams, minor flaws such as loose threads, discoloring or scratches that don’t affect the overall look of the product, etc. Such products will not qualify as defective product and will not be subject to refund/exchanges.
